This Privacy Policy discloses our information-gathering and -dissemination practices for our website at www.theloftinfirm.com.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Loftin.

I. DEFINITIONS

    1. Personal Data Loftin may use Personal Data for certain purposes outlined below.
      • Contact Us Form: Our site’s Contact Us form requires you to give us contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address. We use contact information to send you newsletters and information about our company and our services. Loftin and its partners also may use your contact information to get in touch with you, including, but not limited to, by mobile phone, email, text message, or regular mail. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving future contact and correspondence from Loftin in accordance with the Choice/Opt out section below.
      • Email: Loftin does not send unsolicited or spam email. We use email addresses to send email alerts and newsletters that are used to communicate new information, special offers, and new services. All recipients are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time. Loftin does not sell or rent its email lists to third parties.
    2. Non-Identifiable Information Loftin may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website.

    B. Consent

    Unless otherwise noted below, Loftin will not use or disclose your Personal Data for any purpose for which you have not consented. Consent may be either inferred or explicit, depending on the type of information and the reason for its use.

IV. SENSITIVE DATA

Loftin does not collect Sensitive Data from its customers or visitors to its website.

When sending a message via a contact form on our website, or via email, please do not include personal identifying information, such as your birth date, or private medical or legal information. Messages sent via our web forms are not encrypted and do not meet the data security requirements of the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). They may be intercepted and read by parties other than the person to whom it is sent.

V. SECURITY AND DATA INTEGRITY

Our site has reasonable security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of the information under our control.

Loftin reserves the right, where permitted by law or other legal authority, to charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred in responding to an appropriate request.

VIII. CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY

Loftin reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time consistent with applicable data protection and privacy laws and principles. Unless such changes afford greater protections, such changes will apply only to Personal Data received after the effective date of such change.
